Roy (Riteish Deshmukh), Manav (Jaaved Jaaferi), Adi (Arshad Warsi)and Boman (Aashish Chaudhary) are still as stupid and useless as before. They have no interest in working hard and what they dream about is getting everything, without doing any hard work. In short they are 100% dedicated and disciplined slobs. Insp. Kabir (Sanjay Dutt) who is no longer a cop, drives a Merc and owns a posh office. He lives with his hot wife Kamini (Mallika Sherawat) and gorgeous sister Kiya (Kangna Ranaut). As our four jokers come to know that Kabir is living the life of total pleasure & luxury, they decide to blackmail Kabir in making them his business partners. Even Kabir has a hidden agenda, known to only Kamini and Kiya. Thus, starts the game of catch me if you can, for one thing that is most important in this world - Money. Adding more fun to the Double Dhamaal are the characters of Bata Bhai (Satish Kaushik) and Johnny Banzola (Harry Josh)
